Shipping Policy

Production & Fulfillment Times

Every item in our store is custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, it takes 2 to 5 business days for our facility to print, quality-check, and pack your gear.

Transit Times

Once your item is printed and handed off to the carrier, standard transit time within Canada is generally 3 to 5 business days.

• Total Expected Delivery: Please allow a total of 5 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

The Calgary Stampede Deadline

If you are ordering gear to wear for the Calgary Stampede, you must adhere to our strict shipping cutoff. All orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on June 21st. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive before the opening parade, and we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive after the event begins due to late ordering.
