At ks collective, every item is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size.

Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on the product pages before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or free replacements are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or mislabeled, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will review the issue and gladly assist you with reshipping the product or issuing a refund.
